Refund policy
Refunds prior to delivery are available upon request and require management approval. A restocking fee of 35 percent will apply.
Delivery policy
Our custom wig will be shipped based on the timeline you select at checkout standard 8-11 weeks or with a rush 5-6 weeks. Orders will be shipped via Fedex.
Return Policy
As our wigs are custom made with your gifted hair we do not offer a return policy. Our wig makers will work with you to make adjustments if you notify us within 20 days of receiving your order.
Our goal is to make sure that you love your wig. If there is anything we can help with in this regard when your order is received please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be canceled prior to us receiving the hair. There might be a cancelation fee based our determination
