Refund policy
Refunds before production has started May be requested but are subject to management approval. Approved refunds will incur a 35% processing and restocking fee.
If payment has been made but hair has not yet been received, cancellation requests will be subject to management approval and may include a processing and administrative fee to cover time spent on order intake, planning, and preparation.
Delivery policy
Your custom wig will be completed based on the timeline selected at checkout—typically 8–11 weeks standard or 5–7 weeks rush where available.
Orders are shipped via FedEx. If you prefer a different shipping method, please notify us before your order is ready to ship, and we will do our best to accommodate
Return Policy
As our wigs are custom-made using your provided hair, we do not offer returns.
If there is an issue with your wig, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our wig makers will work with you to recommend adjustments where possible.
Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your wig. If there is anything we can help with in this regard when your order is received please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee may apply based on the stage of your order, including time spent on order processing, planning, and preparation.
